Return & Refund Policy

 

If the product is damaged or broken

If the product is damaged or broken at the time of delivery, you must call and notify us while the deliveryman is in front. You can call us on 01311-504056. Then you can return the product free of cost. Must return with package and accessories.

If for some reason you are not able to receive the product by yourself, you must inform the person who can receive the product instead of you.

Unless we are notified within 24 hours, this condition will not apply for damaged products.

You will be refunded within 7 working days of notifying us. Again, if you want to replace the product, you have to wait 5-7 days (for regular items), and 15-25 days (for global items); if available in stock.

 

If the product is defective

If the product is defective, you must notify to us within 2 days. However, in this case you have to send us some attached evidence. All you have to do the following bellow:

  • Picture on the back and front of the defective package
  • Invoice number
  • Clear video of defective product
  • In this case, video must be given. Only screenshots or pictures are not acceptable.

If we found the product is defective then your order will be considered a refund within 7 working days (subject to having stock), and you have to return that defective product when you will receive the new product. If the same product is not available in stock then we will refund you within 7 working days or if you still want same product then we will bring the same product within 4 weeks. It will depend on your preference.

 

If the product quality is not as expected

Since the products come directly from manufacturers or suppliers in different countries, it is not possible for us to test the quality of the product in advance.

However, we suggest that you consider the following to understand the quality:

  • Product pictures or videos
  • Product reviews

If the quality does not meet your expectations after receiving the product, you can return the product instantly to our delivery man. In this case, you have to pay the delivery cost. If you don’t return the product instantly then we will not consider any complain about quality expectations issue.

 

If the quantity of the ordered product is inconsistent or incorrect

During the product receiving time, if you found the product does not match your order or the quantity is less, please contact us with the delivery man in front.

In this case, you don’t need to pay delivery cost. On the other hand, if you want to replace the product then we will send you the correct product or correct quantity within 3-5 working days (for regular items), 7-25 days (for global items) (subject to stock).  & that time you have to pay the delivery cost. None of complaint will be accepted after the delivery man has left.

 

If the product is no longer needed

If after ordering it happens that you no longer need the product, then refund is not eligible.

Once the order is confirmed via the website or phone, it will be considered final and the shipping process will begin immediately.

In this case, neither cancellation nor refund will be considered.

 

If the color of the product does not match the picture or video

Our products are overseas items. So, the picture or video of the product is edited and uploaded on the website. In that case, the picture or video of the product may not match 100 percent.

However, we will do our best to match 90-95 percent with the pictures and videos of the product.

However, if the color of the product you ordered does not match the order, you must notify us within 24 hours. Our Complaints Department will review your complaint and try to resolve this issue within the next 3 working days.

 

If shipment is being delay

Shipment time varies according to product size, weight, stock and customer location. The scheduled shipment time is mentioned in our product page.

Yet no unexpected cause such as; If delivery is not possible within 7-25 days due to natural disasters, epidemics, political issues, etc., we will try to resolve the issue with the customer by explaining the exact reason for the delay.

However, if there is a delay in getting the product after ordered from our warehouse is out, the condition of refund does not apply.

 

If the product gets stuck during transit

Since the products have to be brought to the country through customs clearance, sometimes some products may not be directly discounted in this process or the customs authority may have to re-verify.

It is not possible for us to know this in advance. In this case, if your product cannot be released, you will be notified by our office and the payable price of your product will be cash back within 2-3 working days.
